I work with a small number of individuals in a one-on-one setting.

The work is conversational, reflective, and grounded in careful attention to your lived experience.

What the Work Feels Like

 

Rather than following a fixed program, our work unfolds over time.

We pay attention to patterns—what supports vitality, what constrains it, and how different aspects of your experience influence one another.

​

The pace is intentional. The goal is not quick change, but meaningful and sustainable shifts.

People come to this work for many reasons, including:​
• persistent stress or loss of energy
• questions of direction, meaning, or purpose

• navigating recovery from illness, trauma or pain

• burnout or transition

How I Work

 

My background as a physician shapes how I listen and how I think about change.

​

I draw on decades of clinical experience, but the work is not prescriptive. It is collaborative, attentive, and responsive to what is actually happening in your life.

Structure

 

I typically meet with individuals for one-hour sessions, either remotely or in person.

​

Because of the nature of the work, I maintain a small practice.
