Working Together
I work with a small number of individuals in a one-on-one setting.

The work is conversational, reflective, and grounded in careful attention to your lived experience.

What the Work Feels Like
Rather than following a fixed program, our work unfolds over time.

We pay attention to patterns—what supports vitality, what constrains it, and how different aspects of your experience influence one another.

The pace is intentional. The goal is not quick change, but meaningful and sustainable shifts.

Areas People Bring
People come to this work for many reasons, including:
• persistent stress or loss of energy
• questions of direction, meaning, or purpose
• navigating recovery from illness, trauma or pain
• burnout or transition

How I Work
My background as a physician shapes how I listen and how I think about change.

I draw on decades of clinical experience, but the work is not prescriptive. It is collaborative, attentive, and responsive to what is actually happening in your life.

Structure
I typically meet with individuals for one-hour sessions, either remotely or in person.

Because of the nature of the work, I maintain a small practice.
